Trial run.

I put some raw chicken on some fishing line, hooked it to a bobber, and threw it in my pond.  About an hour later the bobber was dancing all over the place. A big snapping turtle was swimming around it getting the chicken. Tomorrow the season opens in them and I will be throwing out more chicken, but with a hook. I will post pics if I catch one.

That's right, I deleted my Facebook account. To much crap to have to deal with on a site about keeping in touch with people. I will go back eventually, but will be thinning out my friends list.

In other news in a few days I will be trying to catch some snapping turtles. I have 4 big ones in my pond and want them gone. This should be fun.

New mower!!!

In a little bit I will be picking up my new riding lawn mower. Well, new to me anyway.  I will post pics of it when I get it home. Could be a fun ride with it in the back of my truck.

Happy Anniversary!!!

Happy 8 years to me!!  8 years ago today I started this.  And it has been a hell of a ride.  I was young and angry back when I started blogging. Now I am older, wiser and not as angry...lol.

I hope you enjoy what I bring to this. It's basically going to be me speaking my mind about a bunch of different things. Feel free to join the conversation and speak your mind as well.

I'm BAAAACK!!!!

Yes, after a long delay I am back.  I deleted all my previous posts except my first one.  I am going to shake things up here.  I am going to change the layout, colors....shit like that.  Once I get all the visual stuff done I hope to be able to get back to being what I am. And that is Cletus.  Love me or hate me, I don't care.  I love me, so you should too.
